for quite some time, but for 6 weeks I had no day off. More and more my work turns towards "Change management training". Recently one of the leading financial services bought 40 trainings days and a company in Germany asked me to accompany their change process.
In Ecuador there is a new client. Besides Peru and Colombia, Ecuador now is a station on my trips to South America. In July and Nov,Dec I'll be there training the latinos. A lot of travelling but I like it!
